Many of the Bath Shower Mixer taps on the market to-day are in fact copies of models from the 1930’s or even later. Therefore we have produced a bath shower mixer with the correct proportions and we have added many authentic flourishes from the period. For instance, note the authentic china parts ; the tap ‘headworks’, matching those on our washbasin taps; the early-pattern handset and rose is an uncommon design, elegant and authentic. The graceful ‘swan neck’ hand spray cradle is an exact copy of a rare original, which brings the handset forward so that any drips fall into the bath. The Thomas Crapper Bath Shower Mixer is engineered in solid brass, replete with period details but incorporating modern technology in the form of ceramic-disc cartridges for ease of maintenance. It is supplied with deck unions and wall unions are also available. It can be supplied in polished brass, nickel or chrome plate finishes.
Delivery
Here at Thomas Crapper we are proud to offer a wide range of products with different weights and sizes. To ensure that your order is delivered as efficiently as possible we have partnered with several national parcel and pallet carriers who offer a range of delivery options.
How much will my delivery cost?
How much you pay for the delivery of your order will usually depend upon the order value. The price you will pay for delivery will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process once the delivery address details have been entered.
In general terms the delivery service and charges are shown in the table below. Delivery times are quoted from date of despatch, which will typically be 5-7 working days from receipt of order:

We understand that the cost of delivery is an important factor in making your decision. The table above provides an indication of delivery charges for ‘example’ orders being delivered to an address in mainland England, Wales and some areas of Scotland.
Please Note: The delivery time quoted in this table refers to the number of days following dispatch. We normally aim to dispatch goods within 5-7 working days from receipt of order.
How will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered either as parcels or on pallets, depending upon the products ordered.
Parcels are normally delivered to door. Parcel delivery drivers may leave parcels with a neighbour, in a safe place if no-one is available to take delivery at the specified address.
Pallets are normally used for large, heavy or fragile items and when the number of items on an order makes delivery more efficient via a pallet service.
Pallet deliveries are made to an accessible kerbside location on firm ground near to the delivery address.
Returns policy
We operate a 30 day returns policy, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

You will be responsible for arranging the return of the goods to our warehouse.
Please note there are exceptions to our standard returns policy:
Discounted items or items in our Sale category cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition (this includes undamaged packaging).
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or installation.
