Cistern Pull and Chain
The shape and details of original Victorian cistern pulls are especially difficult to reproduce, so we are particularly proud of this version, which is an accurate copy. It is supplied with the correct type of `chandelier’ chain, for long-lasting good looks. We could not resist adding our company name to the finely-detailed and accurate transfer. We also inserted `AND LET GO’ as some of the earliest and rarest china pulls in our private archives are so inscribed.
The price includes the cistern pull, chain and connection pieces required to install this item with a Thomas Crapper high-level cistern.
Here at Thomas Crapper we are proud to offer a wide range of products with different weights and sizes. To ensure that your order is delivered as efficiently as possible we have partnered with several national parcel and pallet carriers who offer a range of delivery options.
How much will my delivery cost?
How much you pay for the delivery of your order will usually depend upon the order value. The price you will pay for delivery will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process once the delivery address details have been entered.
In general terms the delivery service and charges are shown in the table below:
|Order value||Delivery charge||Typical delivery time|
|£0.99 – £50.00||£5.00||1- 2 days|
|£50.01 – £300.00||£15.00||2 – 3 days|
|£300.01 – £500.00||£30.00||2- 3 days|
|£500.01 plus||£40.00||2- 5 days|
We understand that the cost of delivery is an important factor in making your decision. The table above provides an indication of delivery charges for ‘example’ orders being delivered to an address in mainland England, Wales and some areas of Scotland.
Please Note: The delivery time quoted in this table refers to the number of days following dispatch. We normally aim to dispatch goods within 5-7 working days from receipt of order.
How will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered either as parcels or on pallets, depending upon the products ordered.
Parcels are normally delivered to door. Parcel delivery drivers may leave parcels with a neighbour, in a safe place if no-one is available to take delivery at the specified address.
Pallets are normally used for large, heavy or fragile items and when the number of items on an order makes delivery more efficient via a pallet service.
Pallet deliveries are made to an accessible kerbside location on firm ground near to the delivery address.
We operate a 30 day returns policy, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
