PRICES & CARRIAGE - All sterling
(£GBP) prices quoted on this web site are carriage paid prices
to British mainland addresses.
During the checkout procedure, we will calculate the exact carriage
cost for any overseas order. You will have the option to view the
final total in either USD ($), EURO (€) or GBP (£). All
transactions will be completed in Sterling (£GBP). Due to fluctuations
in exchange rates, any prices quoted in USD ($) or EURO (€) are
for information only and therefore may differ from a final transaction.
OVERSEAS ORDERS - We WELCOME orders
from abroad. This web site will allow you to place an order but we
regret that we are not able to accept credit card payments from outside
Great Britain. We will send you an invoice and may contact you to
discuss your order and arrange an alternative payment method.
SALES TAX / VAT - Vat will be charged at the current British VAT rate on all orders placed within Great Britain and the European Union. Sales tax will not be charged for any other overseas order, however import duties may be imposed for which the customer is responsible. Thomas Crapper & Company Limited are in no way responsible for any overseas duty or importation tax.
ORDERING ONLINE & SECURITY - We
understand the concerns regarding credit card transactions online.
You may choose to pay for your order online using our secure checkout
OR place your order without payment. Should you choose not to pay
online, we will contact you by telephone to arrange payment.
CUSTOMER PRIVACY - We NEVER release
our customers' details to third parties.
CUSTOMER SERVICE / ORDERING BY TELEPHONE
- If you prefer, speak to a human being between 9.30 am - 5.30 p.m.,
(local time) Monday - Friday. We accept payment by; Visa, Switch,
Delta, Solo, MasterCard and JCB.

are charged at standard rate).
DELIVERY TIMES - We attempt to despatch
orders immediately, but please allow up to 28 days. (Overseas - 42
days). Please use our order tracking facility to monitor the progress
of your order.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING - We do not charge
your card until goods are ready to be despatched. We regret that we
can not deliver goods to an address different to that of the registered
card holder.
RETURNS - always accepted, provided
we receive proof of purchase together with the unused goods including
all original packaging, postage paid, in good condition. We will then
issue full refund* for the returned goods. This does not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.
*We regret that we are not able to reimburse any postage or carriage
charges.
DAMAGED GOODS - Please inspect the goods
within 5 days of receipt. Should anything be damaged, contact us immediately.
Return the imperfect items as soon as possible so that we may claim
from the delivery company. Subject to availability, we will forward
replacements immediately.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
